Andrew OGILVIE est Chargé de Recherche en Hydrologie à l’IRD, dans l’Unité Mixte de Recherches G-EAU. Il est accueilli à l’ISRA Bame depuis 2019.
Titulaire d’un doctorat en hydrologie-géographie de l’Université de Montpellier en cotutelle avec le King’s College London. Ses travaux au Sénégal portent sur les trajectoires climatiques et humaines dans la vallée du fleuve Sénégal et leur influence sur la disponibilité en eau pour l’agriculture et les écosystèmes.
